What ZONEPLAY charges
Platform service fee — 5%
A 5% service fee is added to your booking at checkout to cover secure payment processing and platform costs. The exact amount is always itemized before you pay — no hidden charges.
Payment methods
We accept GCash and Maya. All payments are processed securely through Xendit, a licensed payment provider. ZONEPLAY never stores your card or e-wallet credentials.

Listing your venue and running it through ZONEPLAY runs on a 30-day subscription. Every plan includes your dashboard, court and pricing management, calendar, notifications, and QR check-in at the door. Pick the one that fits how many courts you run.

- The Free plan is free forever, not a trial. There is no time limit and no card required.
- 14-day Pro trial when your venue is approved. When it ends you move to the Free plan — your account is never closed.
- No auto-renewal and no stored card. You buy each 30-day period when you choose to, and you can renew in the last 7 days of a period so renewing early adds days rather than replacing them. Time you have already paid for carries over by value, so nothing is lost.
- If Pro ends you return to the Free plan. Your dashboard, calendar, bookings, revenue, payouts and store all keep working, and your venue stays listed and bookable.
- Courts above the Free plan’s limit are paused rather than deleted, and every booking already made on them is still honored and still scans at the door.
- Separate from the platform service fee above, which players pay at checkout.
