What ZONEPLAY charges
Platform service fee — 5%
A 5% service fee is added to your booking at checkout to cover secure payment processing and platform costs. The exact amount is always itemized before you pay — no hidden charges.
Payment methods
We accept GCash and Maya. All payments are processed securely through Xendit, a licensed payment provider. ZONEPLAY never stores your card or e-wallet credentials.
