Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for court bookings and open play sessions made through ZONEPLAY. Because courts and sessions are provided by partner venues, some terms may vary by venue and will be shown at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations by you
- More than 24 hours before your booking start time: you are eligible for a full refund of the court/session fee.
- Within 24 hoursof your booking start time: cancellations may be non-refundable or subject to a partial refund, depending on the venue's policy shown at checkout.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
3. Platform service fee
The 5% platform service fee covers payment processing and may be non-refundable on cancelled bookings, except where a booking is cancelled by the venue or due to our error.
4. Cancellations by a venue
If a venue cancels your confirmed booking, or cannot fulfill it (for example, due to maintenance or weather), you are entitled to a full refund, including the service fee, or the option to rebook.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (GCash or Maya) through our payment provider, Xendit. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.
6. How to request a refund

7. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. We are committed to fair and prompt resolution of all payment issues.
