Terms of Service — ZONEPLAY

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZONEPLAYplatform, including our website and application (the "Service"), operated by ZONEPLAY Website Application Services (Business Reg. No. DTI BN 8129273), located at Brgy. Daro, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental 6200, Philippines. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

ZONEPLAY is a marketplace that connects pickleball players with partner venues. Through the Service you can discover venues, book courts by the hour, reserve open play sessions, and participate in ranked matches. ZONEPLAY facilitates bookings and payments but the courts and sessions are provided by the respective venues.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make bookings.

4. Bookings and payments

Court and session prices are set by venues and shown, together with the platform service fee, before you confirm payment.
A 5% platform service fee is applied at checkout. The total amount payable is always itemized before payment.
Payments are processed by Xendit, a licensed payment service provider. By paying, you also agree to Xendit's terms where applicable.
A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully completed and you receive a confirmation.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, making fraudulent bookings, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Venue responsibilities

Venues are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the availability and condition of their courts, and for honoring confirmed bookings. ZONEPLAY is not liable for the acts or omissions of venues.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZONEPLAY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
