Venue Partner Terms

Last updated: October 13, 2026

1. About these terms

These Venue Partner Terms ("Partner Terms") govern the listing and offering of courts, open play sessions, and related services on the ZONEPLAY platform (the "Service") by venue owners and operators ("Venue", "you"). The Service is operated by ZONEPLAY Website Application Services (Business Reg. No. DTI BN 8129273), located at Brgy. Daro, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental 6200, Philippines ("ZONEPLAY", "we", "us"). By registering a venue account or listing on the Service, you agree to these Partner Terms, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Relationship of the parties

ZONEPLAY is a marketplace and payment facilitator. You are an independent business: nothing in these Partner Terms creates an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship. The contract for the use of a court or session is between you and the player; ZONEPLAY is not a party to it.

3. Registration and verification

  • Venue accounts require approval by ZONEPLAY. You must submit accurate business information and the verification documents we request, and keep them current.
  • You represent that you are authorized to operate the venue and to enter into these Partner Terms, and that your business holds the permits and registrations required by law.
  • We may decline, suspend, or revoke venue accounts at our discretion, including for inaccurate information or failure to honor bookings.

4. Listings and honoring bookings

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including prices, photos, schedules, court availability, and open play hours.
  • You must honor every confirmed booking. If you cannot fulfill a confirmed booking (for example, due to maintenance or weather), you must promptly offer the player a replacement slot or refund the court/session fee to the player directly.
  • Repeated failures to honor bookings, or listing inaccuracies that harm players, may result in removal from the platform.

5. Payments, fees, and payouts

  • Players pay through the Service via our payment providers, Xendit or PayMongo, depending on your venue. A platform service fee is added at checkout and retained by ZONEPLAY. On Xendit, your share of each paid booking is routed to your venue's payment account. On PayMongo, ZONEPLAY collects the payment and holds your share for you until you request a payout.
  • Settlement timing depends on the payment method and the provider's schedule. Your dashboard shows earned and pending balances. On PayMongo, your share shows as Pending until PayMongo clears the payment (usually about 2 days for QR Ph and up to about a week for GCash), then as Available.
  • Payouts are sent to a verified bank account or e-wallet you register. When payouts are available for your venue, you can request one subject to the minimum shown on your dashboard. A transfer fee shown before you confirm (currently ₱10 on PayMongo) is deducted from each payout, and on PayMongo it is returned to your balance when the provider charges us no fee for that transfer. If your bank or e-wallet returns a payout, the amount goes back to your available balance.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes, including any obligation to issue receipts or invoices to players for the court/session fees you receive.
  • You must not ask players to pay off-platform for bookings made through the Service, or use the Service to circumvent platform fees.

6. Venue subscription

  • The venue console is free. Access to the dashboard, court management, calendar, bookings, revenue, payouts, notifications, QR check-in, and the venue store does not require a paid subscription, and your venue stays listed and bookable on the Free plan. A paid subscription is required only to run more courts than the Free plan covers, and to use the tool that generates a shareable image of your court availability.
  • The subscription is separate from, and in addition to, the platform service fee charged to players at checkout under Section 5.
  • There are two plans:
    • Free, PHP 0— up to 3 courts, with no time limit and no payment details required.
    • Pro, PHP 1,899 per 30-day period— unlimited courts, plus sharing your court availability to social media, and early access to new features as we release them.
  • The number of courts a plan covers is a limit on how many courts can be listed and booked at one time, counted across every venue on your account.
  • New venues receive a 14-day free trial of Pro starting when we approve the venue account. No payment details are required to begin the trial. When the trial ends you move to the Free plan. If you buy Pro while the trial is still running, the days remaining on it are added to your new period in full.
  • Buying Pro. You may subscribe at any time by purchasing a 30-day period. Any time remaining on a period you have already paid for is carried over according to its value rather than day for day, so what you have paid in total matches what you receive. Nothing you have paid for is lost, and we do not refund differences between plans.
  • Returning to Free. You are never required to move down, and there is no separate downgrade step: if you choose not to renew Pro, you return to the Free plan automatically when your period and grace period end. Section 8 describes exactly what that means.
  • The subscription does not auto-renew and we do not store your card or e-wallet details. Each 30-day period is purchased by you when you choose to renew. Renewal is available in the last 7 days of a period, or at any time after it has ended; we do not sell periods further in advance than that.
  • After a Pro period ends you keep Pro for a grace period of 3 days so a late renewal does not interrupt your operations.
  • We may grant complimentary or extended access to a venue at our discretion. Doing so once does not oblige us to do so again.

7. Courts above your plan’s limit

If your account has more courts than your current plan covers — for example when a Pro period ends and you return to the Free plan, or when your free trial ends — the courts above the limit are paused. We never delete a court, its schedule, its pricing, or its booking history.

  • A paused court is hidden from players. It does not appear in search or on the map, and no new booking can be made on it.
  • Bookings already made on a paused court remain valid and must still be honored by you under Section 4. They stay visible in your console, and the QR check-in for them keeps working at the door, exactly as it did before.
  • Courts are paused newest first, so the courts you added earliest are the ones that stay available.
  • Subscribing to Pro restores every paused court immediately, with its settings and history intact. Deleting a court so that you are within the Free limit has the same effect.

8. If your Pro subscription ends

If a Pro period is not renewed before the grace period ends, your account returns to the Free plan. Your venue is not closed, delisted, or made inactive, and nothing is deleted. On the Free plan:

  • your venue remains listed and bookable by players, and your dashboard, court management, calendar, bookings, revenue records and exports, payouts and payout destinations, account settings, venue store, and QR check-in all continue to work;
  • courts above the Free plan’s limit are paused as described in Section 7. They are not deleted, and bookings already made on them remain valid;
  • the tool that generates a shareable image of your court availability is a Pro feature and is no longer available; and
  • every booking confirmed at any time remains valid and must still be honored by you under Section 4. Ending a subscription does not release you from that obligation.

Subscribing to Pro again restores unlimited courts and social sharing immediately, with all settings and history intact.

9. Subscription fees are non-refundable

Subscription payments are for a fixed 30-day period, are charged in advance, and are non-refundable and not pro-rated. This applies if you stop using the Service part-way through a period, if you let the subscription lapse, and if we suspend or terminate your venue account under Section 13. We may change the subscription price on at least 30 days notice given through the Service; a new price applies only to periods you purchase after it takes effect, and you are never charged automatically at the new price.

For the avoidance of doubt, the value-based carry-over described in Section 6 is not a refund and not a pro-rating of money. No payment is returned to you when you change plan. It adjusts only the amount of time your existing balance is worth on the plan you move to, so that the total you have paid always matches the total access you receive.

10. Refunds to players are your responsibility

ZONEPLAY does not process refunds through the platform. Any refund, credit, or rebooking owed to a player — whether goodwill or arising from a cancellation by your venue — is settled by you directly with the player. You agree to handle refund requests in good faith and consistently with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The platform service fee is not refunded by ZONEPLAY in any case.

11. Safety and condition of your venue

You are solely responsible for the safety, condition, supervision, maintenance, and legal compliance of your courts and premises, including adequate insurance where appropriate. As between you and ZONEPLAY, you are responsible for injuries, loss, or damage occurring at your venue, and you agree to indemnify ZONEPLAY against third-party claims arising from your venue, your listings, or your breach of these Partner Terms.

12. Player data

Through the Service you receive limited player information (such as names and booking details) solely to fulfill bookings. You must use it only for that purpose, protect it, and not sell it or use it for marketing without the player's own consent, consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and our Privacy Policy.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop listing at any time; confirmed bookings made before you stop must still be honored or refunded directly to players. We may suspend or terminate your venue account for breach of these Partner Terms, fraud, or risk to players, with outstanding legitimate payouts settled per Section 5 after any disputes are resolved. Ending a subscription, whether by choosing not to renew or by our suspension, does not by itself close your account: your data is retained and your obligations for bookings already confirmed continue under Section 4.

14. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZONEPLAY's total aggregate liability to a Venue for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the platform service fees we earned from that Venue's bookings in the three (3) months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits.

15. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Partner Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced through the Service, and continued listing after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with disputes brought before the proper courts of Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental. Questions?
